At Agroskyy International, we prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt deliveries, high-quality groceries, and a fair return and refund experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, returns, and refunds on our platform.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Cancellation by Customer

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order (fully or partially) from the “My Orders” section or by contacting customer care before it is packed or dispatched.

After Dispatch: Once the order is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
b. Cancellation by Agroskyy
We may cancel an order due to:

Product unavailability or stockouts
-
Delivery not serviceable at your location

Payment issues or failed transactions
-
Fraud detection or technical error
In such cases, the full amount (if prepaid) will be refunded within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.
2. Return Policy
As we deal in fresh and perishable goods, our return policy is strict but fair:
a. Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Damaged or spoiled fruits/vegetables

Wrong item delivered

Quantity/weight discrepancy

Expired packaged product (on delivery)
b. Return Conditions

You must raise the return request within 24 hours of delivery.

You must share clear images or videos of the product as proof.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (for packaged goods).

Our delivery executive or support team may conduct a verification before approval.
c. Non-Returnable Items

Fresh produce once accepted at delivery

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Any item reported beyond 24 hours of delivery
3. Refund Process
a. For Canceled Orders

Prepaid Orders: Full refund to original payment source (UPI, card, wallet) within 3–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD): No charges, as no payment is collected
b. For Returned Items

Refund will be processed only after verification by our team or delivery agent.

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
4. Replacement Policy
In case of incorrect or damaged delivery, we may offer:

Free replacement (subject to stock availability)

Refund if replacement is not feasible
5. Disputes & Escalations
If you are dissatisfied with a resolution, you may escalate the issue to our Grievance Officer via:
